Cottage Description

The Cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grills, satellite TV, high-speed Internet, central air/heat, covered porch overlooking the lake, and a screened–in covered deck (The Lanai). There is a breakfast table for four in the kitchen, a dining table for six in the living area, stools at the bar, a table for four on the covered porch, and tables for four and two on The Lanai. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed and two single beds. There is also a double bed in the utility room off the kitchen area and a large sofa in the living room. The Lanai also makes a great sleeping porch! Two covered stalls provide space to park your car or boat, and adjacent to the Cottage is a fishing pier and boat ramp for your use. With 1918 square feet under roof, The Cottage accommodates up to nine people and has just about every convenience you have in your home plus a great view!

The Cottage is stocked with all your basic staples and supplies so all you have to bring is the food you want to cook. (See Amenities for complete list.) There is a nice family restaurant at Huxley Bay Marina that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and a convenience store and gas station, both only four to five miles away.
